This includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and new installations, ensuring optimal functionality and readiness at all times. Upgrade to Sewerage LCP’s at Katherine Tindal

At the remote Defence site of Katherine Tindal, TEC Automation secured a competitive tender to undertake a significant project: the engineering and construction of nine sewer pumping station local control panels. This vital upgrade aimed to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the site’s sewerage pumping stations. Our scope of work encompassed various electrical services essential for the upgrades, including but not limited to low voltage (LV) and extra-low voltage (ELV) distribution, installation of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and control equipment, as well as instrumentation devices. Through meticulous planning and execution, TEC Automation ensured the seamless integration of these critical systems, contributing to the overall improvement of infrastructure at the Katherine Tindal Defence site.

Upgrade to Deluge Safety Showers and Eye Wash Stations at Katherine

TEC Automation has recently undertaken electrical works at the remote Defence site of Katherine Tindal, focusing on the enhancement of safety measures for eyewash and emergency shower facilities. Our scope of work encompassed the supply and installation of new distribution boards, submains feeds, and various electrical equipment to support the upgrade of these critical safety systems. Additionally, we executed works in hazardous areas, implemented the installation of emergency LED alarm lighting controlled through an automated system, and conducted the installation and commissioning of flow and pressure switches for each station. Through these efforts, TEC Automation has contributed significantly to bolstering safety protocols at the Katherine Tindal Defence site.
